In their quest to making real estate transactions smoother and easier for the people, the largest real estate marketplace in Bangladesh, BProperty.com Limited, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Lifestyle Group for a project that will be exclusively marketed by Bproperty. Under this exclusive contract, customers of bproperty will be able to purchase residential single unit apartments from Lifestyle Group’s latest project; Lifestyle Wanisa.
The MOU between BProperty.com Limited and Lifestyle Group was signed earlier in the day at Bproperty’s Uttara Marketplace. Mark Nosworthy, CEO of Bproperty, and Towfiqur Rahman, Chairman of Lifestyle Group, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Other notable personnel present during the signing were Rejbeen Ahsan, General Manager, Khairul Alam, Manager Business Development, and Manoj Kumer Sannashi, Sr. Lead Management, from Bproperty. Hafizur Rahman, Admin Manager from Lifestyle Group, was also present.
Lifestyle Wanisa is located in Sector 6 of Uttara, Dhaka. The project has a total of 7 units that will be exclusively marketed by Bproperty. Built on 5.22 katha land, each unit is 2370 sq. ft.
This agreement adds to the already impressive number of projects Bproperty has signed. Using their website, people will be able to purchase any unit from Lifestyle Wanisa.
Speaking on the occasion, Bproperty CEO Mark Nosworthy said, “There is a growing demand for residential units in Uttara. This is an exciting project to be a part of. Our goal is to help our customers purchase properties that they like. We believe that this project will provide us the opportunity to serve our customers better. It will also help meet the demands of the customers and allow them to purchase properties in Uttara.”
