Banglalink partners with Samsung

Customers to get essential telecom services and exciting data offerings with smartphones at Samsung Stores

Samsung, a global technology leader and Banglalink, one of the leading
digital communications service providers in Bangladesh, have entered into a partnership for
providing  customers with regular customer services and exciting additional facilities with all
Samsung smartphones at Samsung Stores. The facilities were inaugurated by Mohammad
Zubayed Ul Islam, Sales & Distribution Director, Banglalink at a Samsung Store in Bashundhara
City Shopping Mall, Dhaka. Also present at the inauguration ceremony were Shahriar Ahmed
Remon, Head of Monobrand & Device, Banglalink and other high officials of the two
organizations.

Under this partnership, Banglalink representatives will provide customers with essential
telecom services such as connectivity, airtime recharge and SIM replacement at Samsung
Stores. Every customer purchasing a Samsung device from Samsung Stores will get Banglalink’s
connectivity with 24 – 33GB free internet data (Conditions apply). Initially available at 51
Samsung Stores, the facilities will be gradually extended to all Samsung Stores across the
country.

Mohammad Zubayed Ul Islam, Sales & Distribution Director, Banglalink said, “We are
absolutely thrilled to be part of this collaboration with one of the world’s largest tech company,
Samsung. At Banglalink, we are relentlessly striving to bring additional digital facilities for our
customers with a view to adding more values to their lives. This partnership will benefit our
customers by enabling them to get telecom services and additional device purchase facilities at
the same place. Such exciting facilities will definitely give customers an opportunity to enjoy a
more enabling digital life.”

Banglalink will continue to bring additional facilities for customers through similar initiatives in
future as well.
