We are all familiar with the iconic speech delivered by the father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on 7th march of 1971. It has been recognized by UNESCO as a part of the ‘Memory of the World Register’ as a documentary heritage and it is an important part of the history of independent Bangladesh.
While working on our initiative to empower the Profoundly Deaf community, we found that they are unable to hear the powerful words, and miss out on the tremendous inspiration it provides to all of us. Driven by our sense of responsibility, we have made a Sign Language Enabled version of the speech for them.
