50-Day Replacement Guarantee for Used Laptops

For the first time in Bangladesh, Device Mama, a renowned seller of used laptops, is offering a 50-day replacement guarantee along with five years of free servicing for used laptops. If any hardware-related issue arises within 50 days of purchase, customers can replace the laptop with another one. Beyond this period, the company will provide five years of free servicing, excluding parts. This announcement was made by Rasel Ahmed, CEO of the company, during a recent press briefing with tech journalists at Vision 21 Tower in Kawran Bazar.

He stated, “This offer from Device Mama, a concern of ExchangeKori Limited, is a game-changer for students, freelancers, corporate users, tech enthusiasts, and budget-conscious buyers. We have been selling used laptops for a long time and have earned our customers’ trust. With this initiative, we aim to ensure that our customers can purchase a used laptop with complete peace of mind. For the first time in the country, we have taken this bold step to provide even greater benefits to our buyers. If any issue arises with the purchased laptop, they can replace it with another one.”

Device Mama also announced that this service is available at their two branches in Dhaka—one in Mirpur-12 and the other on Gulshan-Tejgaon Link Road. Additionally, customers can avail themselves of home delivery services nationwide through online orders. Products can be tested upon delivery, and payment can be made afterward. Current stock images, configurations, and updated prices can be found on their website at https://devicemama.net

This initiative from Device Mama is set to be a breakthrough for customers seeking affordable laptops with reliable after-sales service in Bangladesh.
