To uplift the soft skills of young and aspiring leaders of Bangladesh, the ‘Youth Leadership Conclave’ workshop has initiated. The daylong workshop scheduled to be held at Bishwo Shahitto Kendro on Saturday, August 03 in the capital. Communication firm Ra’dia Inc in association with Dream Deviser has hosted the event.
The ‘Youth Leadership Conclave’ will be inimitable and continuous development programmes where the sessions sequentially erect the required knowledge and skills needed to excel in the leadership realm. The attendees will get an interactive-milieu and an experience-sharing platform from the domain experts and leadership educators.
Organiser Syed Rabius Shams, CEO of Ra’dia has said, this is an ideal opportunity for students, fresher and young professionals and entrepreneurs inclined aspirants who wish to face challenges that will push their abilities to the next level. Some 200 participants will be selected through a scrutiny process based on education, experience and interest between the ages of 20 to 35.
