Service on wheels: Samsung brings after-sales Service Bikes

Following the success of Service Vans launching across the country in 2017, Samsung Electronics Bangladesh has expanded the range its after-sales services launching Service Bikes for the Dhaka Metropolitan City.

With this expansion, Samsung aims to provide swift support at every corner of Dhaka. The company has launched 16 bikes, which will help the expert technicians to reach the customers’ house or office faster than before.

After receiving the request on the helpline, expert technicians will go and fix issues regarding air conditioner, home appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and microwave ovens. The technicians will also provide important advice to the customers regarding the products.

On this occasion, Seungwon Youn, Managing Director, Samsung Bangladesh said, “Samsung is committed to providing best-in-class service across Bangladesh. With the new service initiative, our customers in Dhaka will enjoy speedy and high-quality services. With the combination of Service Vans and Service Bikes, our aim is to create unprecedented services to delight customers across the entire country.”

Samsung Service Vans already covers 64 districts around the country. The vans are equipped with multi-skilled engineers, key components, and fixtures for providing quick response and on-spot resolution.

Seungwon Youn, also added, “By considering the traffic situation in Dhaka city, we decided to introduce bikes. Bikes will be able to reach the customers faster and can provide on-spot resolution. We also have plans to expand Service Bike to other metropolitan cities in Bangladesh.”
