MP Mashrafe is back again to Cricket

ODI captain and MP Mashrafe Bin Mortaza is newly elected member of the parliament (MP) for Narail-2 under the symbol of ‘Boat’ (Nouka) from Awami League returns to the capital on Tuesday.
The defending champions of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Rangpur Riders’ skipper Mashrafe will concentrate for his stint in the upcoming BPL Season 6 scheduled to be start on January 5 and end on February 8.
Earlier at a post-election press meet at a community centre in Narail on Monday, Mashrafe stated that, BPL Season 6 will start from January 5 and upon arriving in Dhaka he will set his mind to concentrate on his participation in the tournament.
Previously on December 22, Mashafe arrived in Narail and was continuously engaged in various street rallies and campaign drives for the elections in various locations of the Narail-2 constituency. He held around one hundred and fifty speeches during his campaign drives while seeking votes from the people under the symbol of boat.
Earlier on Sunday, Awami League candidate for Narail-2 constituency Mashrafe Mortaza claimed victory in the 11thparliamentary elections and was elected as MP by winning with a huge margin of 2,66,000 votes.
Tigers skipper claimed 2,74,418 votes while the closest of his opponents Advocate Fariduzzaman Farhad of Jatiyo Oikya Front running with the symbol Sheaf of Paddy managed just 8,006 votes.
Earlier on the day, Mashrafe was pleased to see calm and peaceful voting environment has been maintained in the district.
