Afran Nisho and Mehzabien Chowdhury, two familiar faces of the small screen, are joining forces for single-episode drama “Detective Shamsher Evong Japani Antique”. Written by Shah Md. Naimul Karim and directed by Sokal Ahmed, the play is set to go on air on Boishakhi TV this Eid.
Sokal Ahmed said the story would have something new for the TV audience, and hoped that they would watch it. Nisho, meanwhile, said he has ample confidence in the director, and has a good understanding with Mehzabien, and thus it was a pleasant experience for him. Mehzabien said she usually works more for TV during Eid, and added that she is quite invested in the plot.
