Model and actress Naznin Akter Happy and National cricket team paceman Rubel Hossain phone conversation leaked by Bangladesh news channel Ekattor TV . At first, TV channel released a 5-minute clip which had several conversation topic on the couple`s toppling relationship.
Happy filed the case against Rubel with Mirpur police on Saturday under the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act.
According to the FIR, Rubel told Happy that they would marry and had an affair that included physical relations for the last nine months. The couple was together as recently as December 1.
