Elite Mobile brings 31 “Elite Care”

Elite Mobile, one of the youngest but promising mobile brands in the country has started 31 customer service centres namely, ‘Elite Care’ across the country. The number of Elite Care centers will reach in 43 including new 12 centers by first quarter of next year. Elite Mobile offers 13 month of warranty for customers for all gadgets. Besides, the nationwide ‘Elite Cares’ are ready to provide instance post sales service to the customers. The major problem of mother-board will be solved within 2 days for the cases from Dhaka city and 4 days for the cases from outside capital. The special service namely ‘One-Day-Pick-and–Drop’ is available at all authorized retail shops across the country besides the Elite Care’s. The service is available for the retail shop from where the phone is purchased. The 15 collection points also provide same service from same points. Elite Call Centre is dedicated always to serve customers. Customer will get opportunity to learn about the Elite Mobile from the call centres seven days a week except public holidays. Elite Mobile introduced the call centres before it stepped in the market here. The ‘Elite Cares’ are located at Mirpur-10, Uttara, Gulshan, Bashundhara City in Dhaka, Savar, Chittagong, Sylhet, Mymensing, Khulna, Rajshahi, Bagura, Kishorgonj, Tangail, Narayangonj, Rangpu, Commilla, Jessor, Barisal, Feni, Bagerhat, Gazipur, Kushtia, Dinajpur, Pabna, Faridpur, Cox’s Bazar, Sirajgonj, Chapainawabgonj and Nowgaon. Regarding the service of Elite Care, Elite Mobile Managing Director Kazi Ashfaque Monir said, ‘We have designed our Elite Cares for customers so that they feel privileged and get the best experience with the environment here. The customers have already appreciated the Elite Cares very positively.” “We have engaged skilled and expert engineers here to solve the problems of users within a day which usually take multi-weeks” Mr. Ashfaque also said. Elite Mobile is continuously working to provide the best support to its customers, the official said.
