eGeneration Ltd., one of the leading technology and tech investment companies in Bangladesh signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Highbar Technocrat Ltd., a successful spin-off of HCC Group in India and one of top 5% successful spin-offs according to Gartner at the ITC Maurya hotel in New Delhi. The MoU was signed on Friday after the inaugural ceremony of India-Bangladesh Business Forum (IBBF) during the Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s state visit to India.
Under this MOU, eGeneration and Highbar will enable knowledge and technology transfer between the countries while investing in research and development of skills required for fourth industrial revolution (4IR) technologies. Part of this collaboration also involves branding both the countries as leading technology and innovation destinations in the world. Shameem Ahsan, Chairman, eGeneration Group and Mangesh Wadaje, CEO of Highbar Technocrat Ltd. signed the MOU on behalf of the respective companies. The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Tipu Munshi, honorable Minister of Commerce, Government of Bangladesh and Sheikh F Fahim, President, FBCCI among others.

With this collaboration both the countries will get access to research support to pursue their development objectives.”
