The new center can be reached via the short code hotline number 16602. By a soft inauguration on July 1, 2024, Group CEO Dr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman was officially open the Contact Center. Dr. Md Nadir Bin Ali, Registrar, Daffodil International University, Mr. Jafar Ahmed Patwary, General Manager, Daffodil Computers Limited & other high officials from Daffodil Family concerns, guests and employees were present at the opening.
As an integral part of the Daffodil Family, the DRC is committed to supporting each of DAFFODIL’S concerns by enhancing customer interactions and facilitating effective communication. Initially, the DRC will provide essential information to customers of the DAFFODIL FAMILY.
